Merge sites on root and sub domains into one site..

Hi There

main site has various functions, like events, news etc etc mysite
and sub domains have shop.mysite and jobs.mysite

How can I merge them into one site and mess up users, for example user on one site might be ID 111 and an user might also be ID 111. Users on shop and vendor option, so their products will be related to their ID..I know it sounds messing. Then once you have that right there is an jobs. site that has to be merged… woocommerce, and events

I have not really found anything that could this deals with this, there might be one for woo to export and import but not for others, there is also dokan involved. I basically need to able to export users and import them so they are still associate with each role/author / products / orders / events / jobs and anything else. etc etc. Too hard…? …Might it better to keep on sub domains if running a few applications? Thanks
