merge/combine billing first and last name in checkout

I understand your query. There is a similar discussion that happened a couple of days back where I suggested how to remove the last name field and rename the first name to say “Full name”. You can use a similar structure as shown here –

I tried but I can see only the first name without the last name in

Because The name and surname comes from booking form:

Try to add name and surname in field “Nome e Cognome” (italian language)

The code discussed in that thread was to make an impression that the first name field working as a full name field. As of now, I do not have the code to merge both the first_name and last_name fields.

Depending on where you are using and also which plugins are working together, you may need to make changes to the code. Since we are unable to do full customization here in this forum, I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
