merci theme with OVIC-TOOLkIT – not working !!!

I’ve buyed merci theme from kuthemes at envato market. downloaded and installed all the files that your theme require. After install, why the theme are always asking for insert the license key for the OVIC-toolkit plugin given and necessary for the theme.
Tryed to have support, but didn’t have any answer valid from the support in 2 weeks !!! The only solution given is asking for an ftp access ! I think this is not right ….
