    Hello Enatoli,

    I’ve ran multiple test on the code and the plug-in everything works fine.

    There seems to be a problem with First Data.
    First Data is not sending out any emails once a transaction has been completed.

    I’ve also tried process a transaction without the merchant email field, and still nothing. Which would be there is a problem with the First Data hosted payment page email for ‘you’ (The merchant).
    I would recommend calling First Data support and have them try to troubleshot the problem.

    After playing with the hosted payment page for sometime.

    First Data made a change to the way they send out emails.
    You will need to sign in to your Global Gateway e4 account and click on payment pages. => your payment page id. Next you will need to click on tab number 5 (Receipt email) You will need to check the box that says”Send a payment confirmation email to customers” and then save the changes. You will now start receiving merchant emails again.
