Merchant Center not reading Attributrs

Can you:

• Share the product feed URL you are using for your merchant center?

• The product ID’s of the products you are having issues with

Thanks for these details. I noticed you used the woosea field mappings for size, color, age group and gender (this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bk4ezhuleots9f8/woosea-field-mappings.png?dl=0). Those fields are part of the paid Elite feature of our plugin (this one: https://adtribes.io/add-gtin-mpn-upc-ean-product-condition-optimised-title-and-brand-attributes/).

Are you using the paid version of our plugin? If so, please contact our support team directly. Unfortunately, per the WordPress forum guidelines, we’re not allowed to discuss our paid plugins here.

When you are using the free (Pro) version of our plugin you cannot use the woosea field mappings. I am going to assume you did save your color, size, gender and age group product information in attributes on your product edit pages? If so, the names of those attributes should show in the drop-downs on the field mapping page.

I think I may be starting to understand this! I am using the free (PRO) version. I had saved the attributes on the product edit pages. But, I had no idea which field mapping to choose. I just redid the mapping, but am not sure I did it right. I changed all the woosea mappings. When I went to select the new mapping, I saw where there were two options for each. For example, age has “Age(custom Attribute) and also “Age (Dynamic Attribute). I changed all four items to (Dynamic Attribute). Should they instead be (Custom Attribute)?

yes that could be correct (although you might also have “Pa age”, etc in the drop-downs?). Did you change all mappings and reprocess the feed?
