• Hello, whenever I try to purchase something in my site with MercadoPago gateway, it displays the following error:

    “A problem occured when trying to process your payment, Are you sure you correctly filled all the checkout information?”
    (Un problema se produjo al procesar su pago. ?Esta seguro que ha rellenado correctamente toda la información en el formulario de checkout?)

    What could be the causes of this problem? Please help!

    Hi cuentasbaratas,

    How is your test scenario?
    – Which version (WooCommerce and Mercado Pago module) are you using?
    – Which accounts are you using? Are you in sandbox mode?
    – Which solution (basic, custom, ticket) gateway are you using?
    – If you check the logs, is there some messages?

    MercadoPago module: 2.1.2
    WooCommerce: 2.6.4

    I am currently using all 3 solutions.

    And yes, there are messages in the logs but nothing important, just data.

    Regarding your information in the checkout page, are you inserting all asked data in the checkout form? Which type of Mercado Pago user are you using (normal account or test-user) for the Merchant account? Also, is your credit card info a test-one or a real one? And lastly: are you in sandbox mode or production mode?
