Mercado envios. shipping is not calculating

  • I installed the MercadoPago plugin according to the tutorial of the official website, but mercadoesvios does not work, it appears in the cart the options to calculate the shipment, however when I enter the zip code,an click “update totals” it does not calculate the total with shipping and after a few seconds it refresh the page.
    Mercado envios is enabled on my mercadopago account with the correct direction.
    please help!

    Does it appear any messages on your logs?
    Which country is yours?

    hi @marcelohama, when I try to accomplish a shipping quotation using Mercado Envíos configured in my account, and both are included Express and Regular, I recieved the following message “There are no shipping methods available. Please check your address again, or contact us if you need any help.”

    And the status of my tests are
