Meow Gallery PRO Plugin: Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

  • Hi, I’m trying to update Meow Gallery PRO plugin but I’m getting this error message:

    Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

    In this post here I saw someone called Jordy Meow telling the guy with an update issue on a PRO plugin, just like me, to contact directly Meow’s Support:

    So, I’ve sent them a message last monday, today is friday and I still got no answer yet. So I decided to come here and see if someone else could help me, since Meow Staff is not answering me in their official contact support.

    Does anybody have a clue on what could be happening with the update and how to solve it?

  • Hi @marlosb,

    One important thing: WordPress doesn’t allow discussing issues to Pro Support. So we can’t really continue here.

    I normally reply to all this very quickly; however, by default, the support concerning the Gallery and the Lightbox are managed by a friend, however, he is quite busy during the weekdays and does most of the support during the week-end. Normally, I get alerts for this kind of issues, through triggers but unfortunately I didn’t this time.
