menu/sidebar text property Expositio Theme

Good morning everyone,

I am putting my site web into a new look. It is built under Expositio Theme. Here is the css :

Here is what i am looking for :

– i would like to be able to deal with the text property in the sidebar idependently from the wordpress theme option. I’m talking about the font, the color, the link (and their property), alignment, etc.

– i would like for the main page to be a full frame picture with no marging.

– i would like to remove the logo with my name “Jeremy Saint-Peyre” and replace it with text on two line. But i dont know how to do it and how to deal with the spacing between letters, two lines, etc.

Any help is welcome and i am of course avaible for any questions !
