Menus separate from Primary menu are collapsing into mobile menus

I have a unique issue, where menus separate from the primary header menu are collapsing into mobile menus, when they should be simple links. Here are screenshots of what this looks like:

By the way, the two links are technically two different menus, one controlled by a login/logout/register plugin that switches links, one for a contact link. The social icons are in a Vantage social widget. Not sure what the issue is, but it’s a new one since I updated the theme to the latest version…
