• I have four pages that appear in my Menu Structure (Appearance > Menus > Menu Structure) and scroll normally from the front page. I recently added a new page, which shows up in Pages (Pages > All Pages) normally but does not show in my Menu Structure. I want to add that new page to my Menu, but when I go to Appearance > Menus, on the left side under Pages there is no list of my created pages. It says “No items”. Until today I used the Twenty Seventeen Advanced Child theme, but I have disabled that theme. I also have disabled all Plugins and I have tried using Firefox (I currently use Safari 10.1.2) with no change. Before I delete my existing Menu and try to create a new Menu, any suggestions?

Are you using the Twenty Seventeen theme?

Thank you, I resolved the mystery. I was using “private” rather than “public” viewing mode, and after switching to “public” all of my pages showed up in my menu. Because I am still developing the site and not ready for it to go public, I made it public just long enough to do the editing and then moved back to private.
