    Hi cstokes,

Apologies for the delay getting back to you.

I spent a good while trying to figure this out, and finally found that ‘overflow’ is set to ‘hidden’ on the div that has the video background. When overflow is set to hidden, no amount of z-indexing will get it the menu to show. The problem is, as soon as I remove the overflow, the video div gets messed up and I’m not sure why – I don’t understand enough about how your theme is coded.

Your theme authors will understand why the overflow has been added, and what exactly it’s doing, so in this case they would be the best people to ask for help.

    Regards,
    Tom

    Tom,

Thanks for the guidance. I will reach out to the Good News theme authors and see what they can tell me.

Thank you for your time and attention,

    Casey
