menus are not working as per expectations

    I have this website Miradoradvisory.co.uk, when the website is typed in the site is good, however, when we navigate to other menus, the URL changes (does not show miradoradvisory.co.uk/aboutus). Also when we return to the Homepage from the other menus, it takes me to the Default Post page which is found when we freshly install a wordpress site.

    I have been looking for answers for the past couple of days and could not find a good fix.

    Can someone help to fix this for me, please.

    Two different issues here:

    1) On why you see /?page_id=130 instead of /about-us/ or /aboutus/: This is because the site is using PLAIN permalink. You need to head over to SETTINGS => PERMALINKS and change the setting to anything other than PLAIN.

    2) On why you see https://f8uhmbuv4d.wpdns.site instead of https://miradoradvisory.co.uk: This is because you originally set up the site with the former address, but you’ve not properly configured WordPress to use the latter address.
