• Hello! I’ve been running a small art shop for about a year and was trying to add some new products. My shop has always been mobile friendly and looked/functioned perfectly on both desktop and mobile as of the last time I checked (about 3-5 days ago).
I noticed some abandoned orders today and checked the site via my iPhone out of curiosity, and everything is out of place: the hamburger menu does not appear collapsed, the footer is in the center of the page, the social links have unwanted bullet points, the CSS styling is off — it is a mess!
I reloaded several times on my iPhone and also checked on someone else’s Android phone, and the problem persists. However, it looks as intended on Firefox’s “Responsive Design Mode”.
I have not installed any new plugins nor changed the custom CSS since the last time it worked. What could be causing this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Maybe you updated a structure related plugin?

UPDATE: Okay, I figured out the main problem; I am using a custom child theme and had deleted the functions.php accidentally. I reinstalled and the majority of the site is working alright but I still have a couple new issues that I can’t figure out how to fix:

    – Mobile menu is now showing up with white text/white hamburger menu and is not responding to my custom CSS (it was previously a dark gray/black).

    – The mobile menu now has white bars over the text and is unclickable.(Could be an indexing issue?) Previously, the mobile menu was full-screen (background color #faf9f6) with black text.
