Menus and Address Bars

I just found out how to add a favicon to my address bar. But now, I also want to add Official Site etc… next to the favicon. For example on mariahcarey.com, her homepage reads (in the address bar) favicon, Mariah Carey | Official Site etc… I realize I can do this by changing the page title to read as I would like it to read in the address bar however, it would then also read this way on the navigation menu (i.e. Mariah’s homepage just reads “Home” on her menu. Can this be achieved without difficult programming? My site is https://www.nobluesnogospel.com.
