Did you save the menu before you added the submenu?

I’ve tried saving before adding submenu and I’ve tried completing the entire menu then saving.

Are you running any plugins? Turn ’em off.

yep did that too, still not working.

Switch to the default theme? Maybe something in your functions.php is borking?

Yes, I tried switching to the default theme and I’m still having the same issue.

Something isn’t right… I’d manually copy fresh versions of everything in wp-includes back up to the server. That’s far from Normal.

Also maybe try a different browser?
