Menu/Post collection Generator?

  • Hi folks

    I’m building a website about domestic matters, and trying to come up with a weekly menu generator, where a selection of 7 recipes (ie. posts in the food category) can be either randomly generated in a list I can publish as a menu, or can be selected from an admin menu to appear in a list.

    I’ve tried to find a plugin I can use this for, but searches have returned no luck so far. Does anyone know of a plugin which could do this or something similar, or another way I could do this?

    I don’t know a lot about php so I am not able to build the plugin myself, but I though a random post list generator or something could be adapted for this function.

    Any thoughts much appreciated!
