Menu/front page not loading properly

  • We have been using WordPress as the template for our magazine site. However, occasionally when the page opens, the menu does not load properly.

    We thought it was due to high levels of traffic, but even when we add more servers it does randomly load like this. Could it be an issue with our template? Is it that we are getting to much traffic to the site and need more space allocated for it?

  • I think it is not by the level of the traffic, You could found the problem in CSS. Maybe someone modify it or someone delete it. Try to ask your developer for so more info.
