menubar problem

Hello
I hope you can bear with me as this is my first post here.
I have converted a post to a page . I did convert to the home page.
So now I have an odd thing that I have one of the “home” which is not visible anywhere and so I can’t dele it.

see the lefthand one?
I would like to remove it. Which file, from my local wp file, do I have to upload to get it back.
By the way this thing happens even with other themes.
