Menu Workaround ideas

I recently asked tech support about two issues and found that there were no current solutions available. Curious to know if anyone else has encountered these challenges and developed a workaround:
1) Is there a way to create a group of menu items that are only available for delivery or, instead, are not available for delivery? As a simple example, hot coffee can be ordered on-site but is not available for delivery.
2) Is there a way to create a group of items that must be ordered in advance (for example, 24 hours advance notice required)?
If you don’t have a workaround, how do you communicate these issues to your customers?
