Menu Won’t Publish

  • Started with a completely fresh install with all recommended plugins included. The very first thing I customized was the menu. I added one menu item, tried to publish, and got the message that “something” went wrong, and that I should wait a second and try again. I did, but “something” was still wrong.

    I tried everything I could think of, including completely reinstalling WordPress and then reinstalling the Writee theme again. Exact same results. Searched the forums, but couldn’t find a solution.

    Broken and it ended up being an enormous waste of time.

    In Writee we implemented a simple Menu which is as per WordPress guidelines you can check how to activate a menu in WordPress codex

    It will be great if you can share the issue you were facing so that we can confirm whether its a theme issue, plugin issue or server issue.
