Menu wont load on some pages

Trying to watch what queries are made on /wp-admin/admin.php?page=fluentcrm-admin#/subscribers
But on this page, the QM menu does not show when I click it, nor does the menu item itself contain any of the data.
The page here pulls “contacts” and loads them on the screen. I don’t know if its ajax or something else, normally the page loads quick, and then the list of contacts slowly gets populated.

I might be facing a similar issue, when using latest Postie plugin (php 8.1 wordpress 6.1) for example after pressing the process email button I get ‘QM error from JS: QM output does not exist’ in the console, I could only find this about the error https://github.com/johnbillion/query-monitor/issues/609
I’m having the same issue and have only noticed it on attachment pages (using this very simple attachments.php template in my theme). I also see the JS error in the console

Query Monitor 3.11.1In addition to my local environment, I’m also having the same problem on my staging site.
There’s nothing relevant in wp-content/debug.log (but there are unrelated log entries from other timeout errors I was getting running wp cli commands – so the log is working)
I see the QueryMonitor menu fine on other pages.
