I’ve encountered a problem that never happened to me before: on this test site: [ redundant link removed ] whenever you click on one of the sub menu links from the “Vender” menu item, they start redirecting to the “Comprar”, even though on the href there is no indicator that the link itself redirects to that site, instead, they are anchor links to /#tasa for example.

So I’m having trouble discovering why when I click a link that goes to /#tasa, redirects me to /comprar

I’m working on the latest version of WordPress and with Elementor, on the Astra Theme.

Thanks a lot in advance, feel free to ask for more information if needed.

    Thanks @talmo , I’ll be waiting for a response!

    Hi,

Please deactivate all your plugins besides Elementor and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.

@ozyeger Hi! Thanks for your response.

I already tried that, and it didn’t work. I don’t really know whats going on, it has never happened to me before when building a website using WP and Elementor.

If you need any information or something else, please just ask! I really need some help here.

    Hi,

Please ask your hosting provider about this issue, there may be some redirect on the site or in htaccess file.

In this case, you may get in touch with your hosting provider support and ask them to investigate this redirect also from their side.
When we checked the code output responsible for the navigation, there were no signs of any issue.
There may be some hardcoded redirect in your WordPress installation coming from 3rd party theme, plugins, or custom code.

I talked to my hosting provider and they told me It must be a problem with the site configuration, not with the hosting @ozyeger @lianakap.

    Please, can you help me?

    Hi,
I took a look at your website and it seems that the issue is fixed.

are you still experiencing this issue?

    Hello,

I have a pretty similar problem with yours. I would like to know if you have found a solution.

Since a few days my home page anchor links did not work although it worked fine during the preproduction and update of WordPress.

The links are on the texts "Prévention & Diagnostic "," Prise en charge
du patient "," Données en vie réelle" …
But the anchor links work when I type directly into the url bar. Example https://pfizerhealthcarehub.wilco-services.com/#prevention-diagnostic

Thank you in advance for your help.

@kanidigital Hi! I found the solution. The plugin causing the trouble was Elementor Header and Builder.

I’m still using the plugin, but in the builder, instead of using the menu from that plugin, I used the menu from another plugin and now it works fine.

Thank you very much @axelbatz for your feedback. It’s really nice.

I also tried to change and deactivate in vain, but it is true that my anchoring problems are mainly in the sections of the home page.

Thank you again for your responsiveness.

@ozyeger @lianakap can you help me if you have the solution ?

    Hello,

@ozyeger @lianakap I’m updating my help request, as I removed some anchor links. The problem still persists, especially in the footer with the element “PFIZER HEALTHCARE HUB FRANCE” and “Programme” which leads to the top of the page. It does not work that you the home page.

    Can you help me ?

I thank you in advance for your help.

    Thanks in advance.

Are you able to replicate this issue? I checked it and I am not able to replicate it.
