    I recently reported [to Hostmonster] that my website went down for some unknown reason and reached out to them; They came back and told me that the issue was with Host Monster [not me] and to wait an hour and everything would/should be back on line. I waited and it appeared to be back to normal, however, one of our subscribers has just notified me that our “store” feature no longer appears on the menu bar and cannot be located nor used! This is one of our most important features as it helps generate revenue, and now we can’t find it nor understand why it’s!

    I use WordPress for all things but am not a tech-person [understatement] and have no idea what happened nor what to do … can you help me?

    Hi @tanmei ,

    First, it’s good to ask [HostMonster] what they did to restore the site and if they have made any changes to your site or subdirectory to recover it.

    Secondly, I see that the site still has a critical error message. This could be due to a theme or plugin conflict.

    Please open a new support ticket via this form, and we will offer you priority support to help you resolve the issues.
