menu/toggle bar not showing

Installed and working but the default hamburger persists and the megaMenu bar doesn’t show until I click the default. Then the bar appears – but need clicking to open the menu. I am working in the “mobile menu/toggle bar” settings tab.

I am using the ‘hello’ theme but don’t see it on your ‘theme integration’ list.

Or is there a WP setting that needs changing to fully activate the menu bar?
