Menu throws out 404 Page Not Found

    The plugin works great, except for one huge gotcha. When you click on the menu item, any menu item, you get a dead link (404 Page Not Found). The links are the correct ones, but for some reason they won’t display when the plugin is activated. When I deactivate the plugin, there are no 404 issues.
