We would like to use max mega menu on a new site we’re building. Right now we are trying out the free version with the intention of upgrading to Pro if we like it. The website is built on all the latest version of everything: Genesis 2.10.1, WordPress version 5.2.1 and Monochrome Theme Version 1.2.0.

The issue we have is that we are getting duplicate mobile menus (the fix from your forums is not working).

The second issue is that we are unable to access the tabs in Menu Themes (Menu Bar, Mega Menus, Flyout Menus, Mobile Menu and Custom Styling). We can only access the general settings tab. We have tried deactivating all plugins to look for conflicts. We have tried reverting to the latest WordPress theme. No success with either. Can’t access the tabs at all. Is this a known bug at this time? Can you help with a resolution?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Lisa,

You should be able to access those tabs. Please can you check you have this profile option unchecked? Like this:

Failing that, please can you disable all plugins except for MMM and see if it works? Then enable plugins one by one until it breaks again. If you can report the problem plugin back here I will see if I can work on a compatibility fix.

    Regards,
    Tom

It was that we had the syntax disabled. We’ll just have to remember to remove our checkmark when working with max mega menus. FYI, if you read my original post you’ll see we already tried disabling all plugins and reverting to another theme. ??

    Thanks for the help.
