    Hello, try this one:

    .header-plain #Top_bar .menu > li > a.menu-image-title-after > span {
        display: inline-block;
        padding-left: 0;
    }

    I added but now the logo is too far apart from the text.

    Thanks

    Try to play with “padding” or “margin” property for image or text.

    Here the one:
    .header-plain #Top_bar .menu > li > a.menu-image-title-after > span > span { padding-left: 0; }

    I have the same issue but do not know where to add your CSS code in order to get it work. I am using RT Theme 19.
    The image when set on hover (before) appears below and not left/before the menu title.

    Hello, I don’t see any images in menu on your site.

    And for you know, you should select image in “Menu image” field, because “Image on hover” only useful when the first on is selected, it wouldn’t work alone, and “before” means that text of menu will be placed on the left side and image on the right.
