I just logged into my site – the menu does not appear on startup – it has done up until now and I haven’t made any chances. Help!

All I see is a background, and when I type the addresses of each page into the URL it says ‘no found’. This was all working fine last week!

    My site is hippercampus.com.

    Please help!

    Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

Thank you so much – I am a complete novice so am still a bit confused.

I went into filezilla to /hippercampus.com/wp-content/themes/nostalgia.

When I add ‘-old’ to the end of the theme name, then try and get back into my site – it doesn’t load at all.

Have I done the wrong thing?

Just to reiterate – its not the administrative menu I can’t see, its the start up menu on my homepage. When I input the subdomains in the URL, all I get is an error page.
