Menu styling: can’t find where this is pulling from, need to change it

Hi there. I’ve gone through every single style option possible in the Total theme….this is the default Total color scheme. But I can’t change it.

On my flyout menu (second level menus) there is a band of blue at the top of the little window that appears. I need this to match the pink in the mouseover…or be just plain old black in color. Or no color at all.

The blue, though…is a no-can-do. I need it gone.

Where can I find this in the theme’s style options???? I’ve turned every color option to “white” just to see if SOMETHING would affect it; nothing worked.

Help!
