menu structure problem

    I am having problems with my secondary menu and I was hoping someone here could help me.

    I am trying to make an indivdual secondary menu for every item in the main header menu.

    Unfortunately I do not know how to do this.

    For people who do not know what I mean:
    bodybuilding.com has a similar menu structure.

    (click on “nutrition” and you know what I mean)
