Menu still showing home instead of bars

  • This might seem like a question simple to fix, but how does one get rid of the top menu item so only bars display on the header?

    I’ve created a menu, put everything I could under sub menu so it drops down, but my first menu item, ‘home’ won’t let itself be converted into a sub menu item.

    So instead of having just the bars displayed in the header, so the user can click the bar and a menu drops down, I see the word ‘home’ which, when clicked, drops to ‘home’ which leads to arrow which leads to drop down.

    All I would like is bars there, no words, so items, so that a user can click the bars and get a drop down menu.

    Is this possible?

    I think your menu items should rearrange, or please create another menu list and select it as top menu.

    But even if I do that it will still be the same issue in that I want while menu as drop down, not even leaving one item or word on page.

    *whole menu as drop down. It doesn’t matter which item is at the top of the menu, I still want it in the drop down, not on the page as a word.

    Is this possible in WordPress?
