menu social: always 768px

I tink this size should be same mobile menu query.

For example, I use 959px mobile query.
With 20px social icon for desktop header (or first option)
and 21px for tablet (or second option).

So, the mobile menu is actived in 959px
but the icons remain 100% (around 14px),
only measures 21px when it falls below 768px.
