    Hi,

    Since updating to 4.1.10 the responsive burger menu appears when purchasing a ticket. The website uses the Event Tickets Plus and Events Calendar Pro plugins. All plugins are up to date.

    The end of the url is;
    /attendee-registration/?tickets_provider=tribe_wooticket

    This is for non logged in and logged in users.

    The mobile menu works as expected on all other parts of the site. It is only shown on small device widths.

    Hi Andrew,

    Yesterday we release a new update of RM V4.1.11. I request you to please update RM to the latest version and then check. Hope your issue will get resolved. Let me know if you still face the same issue.

    As per forum guidelines

    Ultimately, the vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
    If you are a vendor and observe someone asking questions about your paid plugin or theme, please direct them towards your own support resources.
