Menu Settings does not show any parent menu items

    I have set up the plugin and selected the custom post types that should go on the CPT Auto Menu, but when I go to menu settings and select the menu to add them to, I am not being shown any menu items. Can you help me solve this?

    hi,
    make sure the menus are public and available, otherwise the plugin can’t see them.

    How do I do that? The menus are published and are in use in my theme.

    hmmm. tough to say. What version of WP are you using? What theme? I’ve just checked to make sure there is no conflict with WP 4.9 and seems to be working fine.

    Let me know any info you can and I’ll see if I can replicate the problem.

    I have solved it by deactivating all other plugins to rule out any conflicts – it seems that it conflicts with the Anything Order plugin. I have changed this to the Post Types Order plugin and it is working now.
