Menu Scroll Background

  • In the TwentySeventeen theme home page when scrolling the logo, site title and navigation move up over the header media. As it scrolls up there is a slight darkness behind the logo and site title. I want to intensify this darkness. I am guessing that it is set to an opacity of 10% and would like something around 35%. Does anyone know where I can find this code to change it?

    Also, scrolling down the page – I want to shorten the distance between the top and the bottom scroll – either in the php or css. Just need to know where to look.
