Menu rollovers suddenly stopped working

With the Sugar and Spice theme, the menu javascript function doesn’t work, and I can’t imagine why? Can any one help me?

Also if anyone knows of an easy way to redirect the site to a new domain (url) that would be great. But first this bizarre problem needs to be solved!
