Menu Problems, Support Unresponsive

  • While overall the theme provides some interesting features, they have a large amount of issues with their menu:

    1) Top bar doesn’t stay fixed along with the menu
    2) Menu is not responsive for tablet, only mobile
    3) There are conflicts with other plugins, such as the Max Mega Menu

    I have tried contacting support for well over a month now, and they have not responded. I am not one to write a bad review… however due to the lack of support I have to resort to this being my only option.

    I will change this review to 5 stars if I do end up receiving support for these problems, as well as edit my review accordingly.
