Hi Just installed the events calender powered by modern tribe.

Problem is my menu on my theme has vanished when I am in the category of the event.

I have a menu in my theme which I control by going to themes > Menu.
I added the master category to the menu so people could see the events straight away. Problem is when they click on it the events page does show with the events in that category but unfortunately the menu disappears. I have no idea why all I am left with is a link to the name of the site at the top. The rest of the theme seems to be ok however it is just the menu that seems to have issues.

    Thanks

  • I have the exact same problem. I’m using the wordpress 2012 template.

It would be great if this could be fixed, it’s a tremendous plugin, but now the events page looks a bit unprofessional without the menu.

    Hi HarryNak,

Have you tried switching the Event Template in Events > Settings > Template? Try that first. If that doesn’t help, try setting your permalinks to Postname in Settings > Permalinks.

Let me know how that goes.

    Thanks,
    Jonah
