menu problems

I cant seam to get the menu on this theme to work. It wont list pages. Also on another site I have 2 home pages. I cant find the second to delete it. That site is running -www.pawstoluvpuppies.com. First site is not published yet. Dont get the theme tried 2 others and it was the same thing with the menus. I had no problem with paws site. I am new and dont know much about building sites. I watched all tutorials but I am having trouble. HELP Please. I also need another site built and need help with it and could pay a little for someone who is interested or barter for a puppy possibly.
