Menu problem.. accidently deleted a plugin..

I didn’t realize I had to keep the pixopoint-menu plugin together with the multi-level-navigation-plugin and now I have this https://www.mcshanesnursery.com/ and I don’t know how to fix. When I try to re install the pixopoint-menu plugin it says fatal error. Please help?????
