On my website https://varkstaden.se I use Elementor an the theme Responsive 4.4.4.

The menu is Okay in the webbrowser on the computer and on my phone where the “menu-ikon” appears, but on the tablet, i.e. the window-size between the computer and the phone there is no menu and no menu-ikon. It is thus impossible to reach the menu on the tablet.

I have another website (https://seniornet.se) also with Elementor and theme Responsive 4.4.4. and on this site the menu is okay on tablets.

  • @gunilla Menu toggle button is present but it has no contrast with background image.
Color of that toggle button can be changed from
Customizing ? Main MenuColors & Backgrounds ? Menu Toggle Color

Here is the link of the documentation

    Thank you!

I have now changed color and the menu-ikon appears on the right side of the headerimage. Is it possible to place it under the headerimage?

    /Gunilla

@gunilla You can select the layout as vertical in Customizing ? Header ? Layout ? Mobile Header Layout.

    I already have

    Layout for header: Vertikal
    Header: Alignment: Centrerat
    Mobile Header Layout: Vertikal
    Mobile Header Alignment: Centrerat

@gunilla In your body element, the class present is “site-mobile-header-layout-horizontal”
It should have been site-mobile-header-layout-vertical for Mobile header layout vertical.

If you’re using some cache plugin, try clearing your cache and then update again in the customizer.
If this doesn’t help, try deactivating plugins one at a time and check or raise a ticket directly on our website.

    Thanks for your answer!

The browser cache is cleared and it didn′t help.
Plugins are deactivated one at a time and it didn′t help.

The same problem appears on https://catarinakylberg.se
But on the multisite https://seniornet.se it looks okay.

As we’re unable to replicate the issue, please raise a ticket on our main website with your website details so that we can debug and help you out.
