Menu page permalink changes About and Find Us pages permalinks

I’m looking for some help for my clients website. They have 5 pages:

• Home
• About
• Menu
• Find Us
• Careers

Each pages permalink had been updated in line with Rank Math SEO guidance and all was fine.

However I have a check of my clients website and come across 404’s from internal links.

The About page and Find Us page now have the link for the Menu page but with -2 and -3. I haven’t changed these links to be like this. I understand where duplicate info can cause this but I can’t understand how the Menu link can override the About page and Find Us page links.
