Menu & Page display for specific user id

Hi,
I am a relatively new user within wordpress and I have a small question
How can I make specific pages display for a specific user and display within the menu.
I am currently using “User Specific Content” plugin to manage the pages but this will then display in the main menu.
I would like to only display the menu items for the specific user id’s
I have read through about using user roles but this will not give me the results I am looking for.

What I am looking to achieve is a user download section that is specific to a user Id

Does anyone have a solution for me
