Menu on the top of pages

Hi!

I don’t know why my pages will show as the link below sometimes.
The menu is in the right position but the header image doesn’t load completely and the container moves up to the top margin.

I’ve tried to use a shorter image for the header, but it still happens especially when the browser is in safe mode.

Hueman is an awesome theme I use it for many sites but the problem just occurs in this site. I am wondering if I can add any CSS to fix it.
