Menu on Android Chrome not shown

i have two sites with the Same Theme.

On the Beautypoit site the Drop-down Menu is not shown in Android Chrombrowser. I other Browsers it works so I don’t think it is a setting. But I also think it is not a Theme Problem because on the other site it works.
