Currently my menu on the https://www.bloodvillage.com has a linkcalled: employment that is linked another URL of Hauntedvillage.com whichis no longer my clients URL. I am unable to find out how to remove this link even by deleting the URL and making sure the URL is fixed. Can someone assist me in finding where this URL is appearing to edit it? Thank you in advance.

yes, I have even removed/deleted entire menu on this page but if you look at the menu item “Employment” it is pointing to an entirely different URL and I am an stumped as to where to find this button as I do not even have a URL that is the “HauntedVillage” is not even my clients domain.

    Is there a menu hard-coded in your theme’s header.php?

Failing that, contact the folks who wrote your theme.

As you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Thank you for the hardcode idea, I had not looked to see if that was the case in the first place. The original maker of the skin didn’t do the whole layout unfortunately and that was why I had not gone back to them .. their hand was minimal in the graphics, not the code so much.

It was a plugin called: Page Links To
that was on and pointing that link outwards.. thank you to a brilliant friend to help me find my problem!

My apologies for not doing the “first” methodology first ….

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
