Menu not working on mobile

Hi,

My menu on the mobile app is not working. I have read alot of the treads and have followed the suggestions. I have deactivated plugins and still no joy. I do not have cache clearing as this has caused an issue previously. I am at my wits end… at the best of times I struggle with the terminology etc… takes me awhile but I eventually get there.
