Menu not visible in desktop or mobile

    When I open the homepage or Customize, the flyout menu is visible. Using incognito mode or accessing via a mobile device, the menu is not visible.

    Using Hello theme (child).

    Hey there, thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like a site cache issue.
    Can you please purge your site cache through any cache plugins you may have on your website (ex. WP Rocket/Litespeed) and let me know if it helps?
