Menu not the same on all pages

Hi Mega menu, I do not know what I am doing wrong but the menu does not look the same on all Webistes pages, only the home and the let’s connect are the same, on the rest of the pages the space between the logo and the tabs are different, looks narrow.

Also the home underline is not working.
